Your business data should remain understandable and controlled.

This page explains the information used in the invite-only client beta. It is reviewed whenever an enabled provider, retention rule or tracking technology changes.

Who is responsible

Zarak Marketing Ltd operates Growth OS. The registered office is 18 Albert Gate, Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire, TS5 6JA. Privacy questions can be sent to lenin@zarakmarketing.com.

Information used

Depending on the features you choose, this may include account identity, business and website details, connected marketing metrics, enquiries, uploaded work, service commands, approvals, audit records and subscription identifiers. Beta issue reports also record the page, browser/device description and viewport size you submit so faults can be reproduced.

Connected services

Connections use the provider’s own approval screen. The client beta currently offers a verified read-only Meta connection and uses OpenAI and Cloudflare to provide ZEUS and protected storage. Owner-only services are not made available to client workspaces. Zarak does not ask you to hand over a provider password.

Why information is used

Information is used to provide the workspace, show business performance, manage approved work, maintain security and audit records, support billing, and respond to requests. Marketing use requires an appropriate basis and choice.

AI and storage

Client commands and selected attachments are sent to the configured AI provider to produce the requested analysis or draft. Task history, compact workspace memory and private uploads are stored to operate the beta. Do not upload sensitive customer records. Provider retention and deletion controls are still being finalised before commercial launch.

Control and security

Client workspaces use a separate prompt, memory and permissions from the Zarak owner workspace. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest. Client ZEUS has no publishing, messaging, payment or external-account-change tools during the beta.

Your choices

You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or provider disconnection where applicable. Some export, deletion and automatic retention features still require human support during the beta; email lenin@zarakmarketing.com without including secrets.

Beta retention

Beta feedback and its diagnostic device/browser metadata are used only to review the pilot and will be deleted within 90 days after the beta closes, unless a shorter deletion request applies or a longer period is required for a documented security or legal reason. Product commands and uploads remain user-controlled records while account deletion automation is completed.

Cookies and tracking

Necessary storage supports secure sign-in, authorisation and saved privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising trackers are not currently active. See the cookie information and use the persistent control to change any future optional choices.
